Questions
Why is my heat pump blowing cold air?
It may be in defrost, which is normal for a few minutes. If it lasts, a reversing valve or defrost board may have failed.
Is ice on my heat pump normal?
A light frost that clears during defrost is normal. A thick block of ice points to a defrost or airflow problem. Call us.
Is a heat pump or a furnace better?
It depends on your home and your fuel. We service both and can talk through how each fits your house.
